Attorney Louis Stephen Xifaras, the founder of Xifaras Law, has been helping clients successfully resolve their important issues in a variety of legal areas for over twenty-five years. He has helped clients with legal issues in areas of criminal defense, workers' compensation, auto accidents, personal injury, divorce, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, civil litigation, and more.

Attorney Louis Stephen Xifaras has been practicing law for over twenty-five years. From his private practice the Xifaras Law office in Mansfield, Massachusetts he is able to successfully serve clients in Southeast Massachusetts from Bristol County as well as from surrounding communities in adjacent counties.

A wide range of experiences while practicing law in both public and private attorney positions, gives Attorney Xifaras a fuller understanding and critical perspective of the law to the benefit of clients he now represents or defends in court. He has taken part in hundreds of cases and trials and has stood by his clients in a range of legal settings including district court, superior court, probate and family courts, and juvenile court.

Attorney Xifaras also represents clients in other legal settings such as in workers' compensation cases at the Department of Industrial Accidents, social security disability cases at the Social Security Administration, and personal and business bankruptcy cases at U.S. Bankruptcy Court venues.

Attorney Xifaras has been a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar Association since 1986. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law in 1985 following his earning dual undergraduate Bachelors of Arts degrees cum laude in Political Science and Economics from Northeastern University.
